3 Day Chakra Crystals Meditation Course
This course, based on my best selling book Chakra Crystals, will be an in-depth exploration of Crystal meditation and the first four Chakras. The course will conclude in a powerful Heart opening meditation on top of Glastonbury Tor and is a great opportunity to work closely with me.
On this wonderful 3 day course you will learn:- How and Why Crystals effect and heal us
- Techniques of maintaining Clear Chakras
- How to Meditate; an introduction to Vipassana Meditation
As well as more advanced spiritual practices including:
- Connecting and working with Crystal Devas to bring about powerful insight and healing
- Guided Meditations deep into the heart of four Crystals
- In-depth and thorough work on the Base, Sacral, Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras
Also included in the course:
- An evening of amazingly powerful energy clearing Bhajans
- A very special meditation into the heart of Glastonbury Tor, whilst on top of it.
- All tea, coffee and light refreshments thorough the extended weekend.
The course will be held in the magical Shekinashram, a wonderful retreat centre at the foot of Glastonbury Tor. Accommodation is available at the Shekinashram, allowing the long weekend to be a healing retreat in all ways.
The Three day Chakra Crystals Meditation Course is £299 per person. This includes 20 hours of personal teaching for less than the cost of 3 one-to-one hours with me.
Due to this, and the fact that the course has very limited places, to ensure I can spend as much one-to-one time with every student, places sell out quickly.
